Square Business Frenchies - Deposit & Purchase Terms 

 

Deposit and Purchase Terms

1. Reservation deposit 

A $1,500.00 reservation deposit is required to reserve a French bulldog puppy from Square Business Frenchies. The reservation deposit will be applied toward the puppy's total purchase price. 

2.Non-Refundable Deposit

The $1,500.00 reservation deposit is non refundable. If the buyer decides to change their mind, decides not to complete purchase, or otherwise fails to complete the purchase after reserving the puppy.

3.Breeder Cancellation

If Square Business Frenchies is unable to complete the sale of selected puppy due to circumstances involving the puppies health, ability or another circumstance determined by the breeder, the buyer may be offered the option to transfer the deposit to another available or future puppy or receive a refund of the reservation deposit .

4. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance of the puppy's purchase price must be paid in full the  day the puppy is picked up or released to the buyer. The puppy will not be released until all required payments are cleared.

5.Puppy Selection and Reservation

A puppy is considered reserved only after Square Business Frenchies has confirmed the buyers puppy selection and the required reservation deposit has been successfully received.

6.Pick Up

The Buyer agrees to make appropriate pick up arrangements with Square Business Frenchies. Any transportation, delivery , flight-nanny or other transportation arrangements if offered will be discussed separately and may involve additional charges.

7.Health and Veterinary care 

The Buyer understands that French Bulldogs require ongoing veterinary care and agrees to provide appropriate food , housing , veterinary care, vaccinatons, and general care for the puppy. Any specific health guarantee provided by Square Business Frenches will be governed by the written health guarantee or purchase agreement supplied with the puppy.

8. Final Purchase Agreement 

Payment of the reservation deposit reserves the puppy but does not replace any final bill of sale, health guarantee, or puppy purchase agreement required by Square Business Frenchies. The Buyer may be required to sign additional documentation before the puppy is released .

9.Buyer Acknowledgement

By submitting the reservation deposit , the Buyer acknowledges that  they have reviewed these Deposit and Purchase Terms, understand that the except as expressly stated above, and agree that the remaining purchase balance must be paid in full before pick up.
